POSH
Sexual harassment in the workplace includes any unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature that makes a person feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or disrespected. This may involve inappropriate comments, unwanted physical contact, repeated advances, or creating a hostile work environment.
A safe workplace is a right for everyone. When boundaries are crossed or dignity is compromised, it can affect confidence, mental well-being, and the ability to work comfortably.
When should I call?

Parenting
Parenting can bring joy and fulfillment, but it can also feel challenging and overwhelming at times. Parents may experience stress, frustration, confusion, or self-doubt while managing their child’s behavior, emotions, and development.
While occasional struggles are normal, ongoing difficulties in communication, discipline, or emotional connection can affect both the parent’s well-being and the child’s growth.
When should I call?
● You feel constantly stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure about your parenting decisions.
● Your child’s behavior or emotions feel difficult to manage.
● You notice frequent conflicts or communication gaps with your child.
● You feel exhausted, frustrated, or disconnected as a parent.
Sexuality Education
Sexuality education helps individuals understand their bodies, relationships, boundaries, and emotional well-being. It includes topics such as consent, puberty, safe practices, respect, and healthy communication.
When there is confusion, misinformation, or discomfort around these topics, it can lead to anxiety, risky behavior, or difficulty making informed decisions about personal health and relationships.
When should I call?

● You feel confused, anxious, or uncomfortable about sexuality-related topics.
