Stress

Stress manifests as feelings of pressure, worry, and mental or physical tension. It may be accompanied by headaches, fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and changes in sleep or appetite.

While stress is a normal response to challenges or demands, prolonged or unmanaged stress can affect both physical and emotional well-being, making it difficult to cope with everyday responsibilities and maintain a balanced life.

● You feel emotionally and physically exhausted most of the time.

● Your motivation or interest in work or daily tasks has significantly reduced.

● You feel detached, frustrated, or hopeless about your responsibilities.

Burnout

Burnout manifests as feelings of emotional exhaustion, low motivation, and detachment from work or responsibilities. It may be accompanied by constant fatigue, irritability, reduced productivity, and a sense of being overwhelmed.

While occasional tiredness is normal, burnout occurs when prolonged stress leaves you feeling drained and unable to function effectively in your daily life.
